Audition Atlas is a pre-launch digital platform being developed to provide professional dancers worldwide with transparent, comprehensive information about dance auditions. Your email address is stored securely through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service. Formspree processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Survey responses submitted through our questionnaire are also processed via Formspree.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your email address on our waitlist until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until 12 months after the platform launches, whichever comes first. Survey response data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection, after which it is permanently deleted or fully anonymised.

Please note that unsubscribing from marketing communications does not delete your data from our systems; to request deletion, please make a separate erasure request.

Audition Atlas is intended for use by professional and pre-professional dancers aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 16, please contact us immediately at info@auditionatlas.com and we will delete that information promptly.

Audition Atlas is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
